Dr Korsten is an excellent doctor: competent, helpful and empathetic. I have known her, in her capacity as a doctor, for over 10 years. I value her thoroughness, attention to detail and her ability to take decisive action. I can highly recommend Dr Korsten!

I cannot praise Dr Korsten enough. When I was diagnosed with diabetes in my 30’s she did everything that she could for me. Her explanations were clear and her manner was empathetic and understanding. She made sure that I was reviewed regularly and that there was tight control for blood pressure and cholesterol in place. I saw her quite regularly for a while and she was always friendly, approachable and professional.

Dr Korsten went out of her way to help me when other doctors let me down. She listened to what I said and came up with a practical solution. Her manner was approachable & professional throughout and I came away fully satisfied with the medical help and advice she gave. Without her swift help I would have been unable to work for much longer due to the inefficiency of other local GP's and I couldn't recommend her enough.

Dr Korsten took time to listen to my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend her to anyone especially those needing menopause guidance.

As a previous reviewer also mentioned, she did not seem to listen to me during my appointment. I suffer from a rare heart condition and was feeling weak and run down. She did not check my blood pressure or heart rate. The only thing she did agree on was that I was on the wrong dosage of medication and that was because I brought her attention to a change made by my specialist months earlier that was ignored. I asked for a sickness certificate, she refused to back date it even though I have been unwell for the week. In the end she gave me a sickness certificate for the next few days with "feeling unwell" as the reason. All in all a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience and will be requesting a different Dr in future if I have to return to the surgery. I am also considering making an official complaint
